What we do with what you send us.

What we collect

When you request a walkthrough, we receive what you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the location or neighborhood of the house, what you need, a few details about the house, and your message. We also record when the request arrived and the type of browser it came from, to help us spot spam.

Why

To reply to you, arrange a walkthrough, and keep a record of our conversation. Nothing else.

Where it goes

Your request is stored in a database run by our website host, Cloudflare, and sent to our office by email. Only our office team uses it. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for marketing.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
