Hi Mary, we actually never charge for estimates. Regarding the estimating process, if the scope of the work amounts to a week or less, we estimate based on time and materials. We charge our normal hourly/daily rate for our employees plus the cost of any supplies and materials needed for the job. If the work goes on longer than a week, we actually lower our daily rates per man for the remainder of the project. Thanks for your email.

Hi Mary. Nope, we never mark up the cost of materials. We do however charge for the time it takes for our man to pick up or order everything.
